在工业领域中钢铁企业是用水约据第5名的用水大户,退水量中污染物成分较为复杂,退水影响分析是该类建设项目水资源论证的主要内容之一。本文根据马钢公司的实测资料,按照建设项目水资源论证导则的技术要求,在简要介绍马钢公司退水影响论证的基础上,提出钢铁企业退水影响论证的重点,并对有关问题进行有益的探讨,供退水影响论证时参考。
In the field of industry, iron and steel enterprises are the largest water users according to the No. 5 water use. The composition of pollutants in the volume of water withdrawals is rather complicated. The analysis of backwater impacts is one of the main contents of water resources demonstration of such construction projects. Based on the measured data of Masteel Company and the technical requirements of water resources demonstration guidelines for construction projects, this paper, based on the brief introduction of Masteel Company’s demonstration on the effect of water withdrawal, puts forward the key points of iron and steel enterprises’ Useful discussion for the reference of the impact of delisting demonstration.
