文章梳理了我国事业单位养老保险制度改革的现状、存在的问题、问题出现的原因及对策,介绍了国外公职人员养老保险制度。通过借鉴现代经济学基本分析框架中的比较评估标准,对事业单位养老保险制度改革做出了评估与分析。最后指出,应同时从完善制度设计、消化转制成本等方面着手,促进事业单位养老保险制度改革的顺利推进。
The article combs the status quo, existing problems, causes and countermeasures of the reform of pension system in public institutions in China, and introduces the pension insurance system for foreign public officials. By referring to the comparative assessment criteria in the basic analysis framework of modern economics, the reform of public pension system in public institutions has been evaluated and analyzed. Finally, it is pointed out that we should proceed from the aspects of improving the system design, digesting and converting the costs, and promote the smooth progress of pension reform in public institutions.
