应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图对239例高血压病和100例正常人的左室舒张功能进行检测。正常人舒张晚期血流峰值速度(PVA)与年龄正相关(r=0.202,P<0.05),舒张早期峰值速度(PVE)与年龄负相关(r=-0.201,P<0.05)。高血压患者等容舒张时间(IRT)延长,PVA和舒张晚期血流速度积分(Ai)增高,PVE和舒张早期血流速度积分(Ei)减低,PVE/FVA,Ei/Ai等比数降低,充盈总时间(TDVT)缩短而舒张晚期充
Application of pulsed Doppler echocardiography in 239 cases of hypertension and 100 cases of normal left ventricular diastolic function were detected.
