出版企业转企改制后多面临着绩效提升、绩效考评的管理难题,构建一个基于企业发展战略的绩效管理体系是破解这一难题的必然选择。构建战略性绩效管理体系,应当从企业战略和经营实践出发重构绩效指标体系,应当按照绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效考评和绩效反馈的管理循环再造绩效管理流程。
After the reform of the publishing enterprises, they face the management problems of performance improvement and performance appraisal. Building a performance management system based on the enterprise development strategy is an inevitable choice to solve this problem. To construct the strategic performance management system, the performance index system should be reconstructed from the corporate strategy and operational practice. The performance management process should be recycled according to the performance planning, performance implementation, performance evaluation and performance feedback management.
