本文报告了一例硝酸铀酰复合烧伤病人,烧伤面积达70%,大量铀化合物经过伤口进入人体,产生了急性铀中毒,其初始体负荷量估算为93—186mg(1.5—3mg/kg体重);受伤后24小时内尿铀排出量在14mg/1以上。患者的临床表现主要是典型的肾功能衰竭。本病例表明,大量铀化合物进入人体引起的损伤主要是由于化学毒性造成的。
This paper reports a case of burned patients with uranyl nitrate burns up to 70% of the burn area. A large amount of uranium compounds enter the body through wounds and cause acute uranium poisoning. The initial body load is estimated to be 93-186mg (1.5-3mg / kg body weight). Urine output within 24 hours after injury was 14 mg / 1 or more. The clinical manifestations of patients are mainly typical of renal failure. This case shows that a large number of uranium compounds into the human body caused by damage mainly due to chemical toxicity.
