随着课程改革的不断深化、素质教育的深入开展,体育教师开始由技能实践型向实践型和科研型相结合的复合型转变。那么,学校体育教研组如何才能正确引领一个体育教师团队的发展与进步,笔者认为,在教研组的管理工作中,主要应从以下三个方面做起。
With the continuous deepening of curriculum reform and the in-depth development of quality education, PE teachers have begun to change from a combination of practical skills and scientific research into a composite one. So, how can PE teaching and research group correctly lead the development and progress of a PE instructor team?
