2003年以来,宾阳县委在农村基层组织中广泛开展农村党员乡土人才开发工程活动。工程的实施,符合农业和农村经济发展新形势的要求,是新形势下加强农村基层组织建设的有益探索,收到了良好的效果,在全县引起较大反响,得到了上级党委的关注和肯定。
Since 2003, Binyang County Party Committee has extensively started the rural talent development activities of Party members in rural grassroots organizations. The implementation of the project accords with the requirements of the new situation of agricultural and rural economic development and is a useful exploration to strengthen the building of rural grassroots organizations under the new situation.
