本文用扫描电镜(SEM)对三七及其伪品温莪术进行观察比较。结果表明:两者在维管束分布、导管排列及主要类型、薄壁细胞内颗粒状淀粉颗粒有无,可以作为鉴别两者的特征。
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe and compare the Radix Notoginseng and its counterfeit products. The results showed that the characteristics of the two types were as follows: the distribution of vascular bundles, the arrangement of catheters, and the presence or absence of granular starch particles in parenchyma cells.
