中国银行江陵支行从1992年4月开始,在全辖区实行主管会计任职制,受到会计人员的拥护。该行所辖各部、处、所的主管会计一律由支行任命,享受部、处、所副主任待遇,如主任因事离岗,由主管会计主持日常工作时,可享受副主任职务津贴。主管会计的任职条件是:(1)思想素质好,积极要求进步,能模范遵守各项财经法规和纪律;(2)有较强的业务能力,能熟练地处理所在部门的各项会计业务;(3)有较强的管理能力,能协助主任搞好日常管理工作;(4)取得财政部门颁发的《会计证》和省分行颁发的《上岗证》;(5)在支行组织的任职资格考试中成绩合格。主管会计任职制实施半年来,提高了会计人员的工作热情,帐务管理面貌一新,全行已有两个核算单位在
