患儿女,12岁,1977年5月30日就诊。诉:1977年1月发现左眼黑眼珠下方长一粟粒大的白点,自觉有时疼,3月以后常头痛,伴恶心呕吐。1976年8月患过肺结核,否认癫痫病史及食生猪肉史。查:体温脉搏均正常,营养发育中等,神志清,查体合作,五官端正,巩膜及全身皮肤粘膜无黄染及出血点,浅在淋巴结未触及,甲状腺正常大小,活动度好,胸廓对称,心肺听诊正常。腹软,肝、脾未触
