关于高炉含铁原料还原性能的研究及其改善的途径一直是炼铁工艺和理论方面的老课题和大课题。研究工作主要分两个方面:一个方面是继续深入研究矿石和人造富矿还原过程的机构和动力学;另一个方面是研究改善还原性的工艺和措施,同时也寻找宏观的规律性。前者所研究的内容很广泛而且也相当分散,与生产应用上的结合比较疏远,因此我们只介绍后一部分的研究工作。对于高炉生产来说,首先希望知道原料在高炉中的实际还原性能如何。由于高炉过程的复杂和高炉与高炉之间又存在着差异,绝对一致的完全代表高炉中原料的还原性的
Research on reducing properties of iron-containing raw materials for blast furnaces and ways to improve them has always been an old topic and a big topic in ironmaking process and theory. The research work is mainly divided into two aspects: one is to continue to study the mechanism and dynamics of ore reduction and man-made rich ore recovery process; the other is to study the process and measures to improve the reduction, but also to find the macro regularity. The former study is very broad and also very decentralized, and the combination of production and application of alienation, so we only introduce the latter part of the research work. For blast furnace production, it is first desirable to know how the raw material actually reduces its performance in the blast furnace. Due to the complexity of the blast furnace process and the difference between the blast furnace and the blast furnace, it is absolutely consistent that the reduction of the raw material in the blast furnace
