我国高等院校面临的腐败问题客观上要求我们必须加强对高校党风廉政建设工作的系统性、前瞻性研究。本文在明确高校党风廉政建设基本要求的基础之上,深入思考和总结近些年来高校取得的反腐败工作经验,认为高校如果按照“惩防并举,预防为首”的思路来完善反腐败体系,就会更加顺利地推进党风廉政建设。
The corruption in our country’s colleges and universities objectively requires that we must strengthen the systematic and forward-looking research on the work of building a clean government in universities.
