本文从建立完善汽车检测与维护(I/M)制度的重要性和紧迫性出发,分析了车辆检测行业发展、机动车维修企业实际、汽车检测与维护制度建立情况等汽车检测与维护行业和管理制度的现状,针对当前存在的法律依据不足、标准不统一、部门协同协作不畅、监督措施缺乏、技术路线不清晰、社会认知度不高等突出问题进行深入剖析,提出在新形势下要夯实法律基础、制定实施细则、完善质量监督体系、构建协同机制、建立反馈及评价机制、开展宣传培训、逐步试点推进等对策建议。
