针对目前我国高校大学生英语交流与实践中存在的新式“哑巴英语”的现状,即“中国文化失语”现象,本研究分析其现状与原因,强调了高校英语教学中融入中华传统文化,重视中西方双向文化交流的重要性,并从外语教学者如何提高自身中华传统文化修养及如何重视课堂中的中国文化输入教学、教材编写、高校如何组织传播中华文化的课外活动等方面阐述了英语教学中重构中国传统文化的一些策略。
