1964年8月3日,湖北省科委、計委、农垦厅及省农科所在武昌联合召开了全省肥料試驗网基点工作会議。到会的有六个专区农科所,22个县农业試驗場,20个国营农場及省直12个单位。到会代表93人,会上交流了64份試驗研究資料,会議期間进行了分組汇报及大会发言,省計委李岩性副主任、化工厅朱奋副厅长及省农科所郭甫副所长到会作了报告和指示,省科委徐覚非主任做了大会总結。
August 3, 1964, Science and Technology Commission of Hubei Province, Planning Commission, Land Reclamation Department and the provincial agricultural Wuchang jointly held a pilot meeting of the province’s fertilizer test base. There will be six prefectural agricultural institutes, 22 county agricultural experiment sites, 20 state-owned farms and 12 provincial-level units. At the meeting, 93 delegates were attending the meeting, and 64 experimental research materials were exchanged during the meeting. Sub-group reports and speeches were delivered during the meeting.
