多层砖混房屋在我国是一种古老的传统结构,到现在仍是各类建筑中特别是民用建筑中占比例最大的一种结构。由于此类建筑的整体性较差,抵抗地震作用的变形能力和强度都比较低,因此,在历次强烈地震中,此类房屋都遭受到较为严重的破坏和倒塌。邢台、唐山地震以后,如何提高多层砖房的抗震能力,改善此类房屋的抗震性能,尤为广大工程技术人员所关切和重视。近年来,北京、天津、河北、四川、辽宁、山东等
Multi-layer brick-concrete houses are an old traditional structure in China, and it is still the largest proportion of all types of buildings, especially civil buildings. Due to the poor integrity of such buildings, the deformability and strength to resist earthquakes are relatively low. Therefore, in previous strong earthquakes, such houses have suffered severe damage and collapse.
