【目的】了解野生青檀纤维形态特征及其差异,可为青檀优质资源的筛选提供依据。【方法】以湖北省不同地区19个野生青檀种群为对象,采用果胶酶法分离檀皮纤维细胞,检测其纤维长度、宽度及长宽比等指标,并比较不同种群之间各指标之差异。【结果】湖北野生青檀纤维平均长度为1499.68μm,平均宽度为8.90μm,长宽比为168.91;不同种群的纤维形态指标总体上存在极显著差异,种群18(广水三潭)和种群1(保康五道峡)的纤维形态显著优于其它种群,二者纤维平均长度为2248.46μm,平均宽度为9.82μm,长宽比为237.65。【结论】湖北野生青檀纤维适宜作为宣纸原料;其中广水三潭和保康五道峡的野生青檀可作为湖北省青檀优质资源加以利用。
【Objective】 Understanding the morphological characteristics and differences of wild P. erectana fibers may provide the basis for the screening of high quality P. erecta fibers. 【Method】 Nineteen wild populations of P. erecta collected from different regions of Hubei Province were used as experimental materials. Ebony fiber cells were separated by pectinase method, and their fiber length, width, aspect ratio and other indexes were measured. The indexes of different populations difference. 【Result】 The results showed that the average length of the wild P. orientalis fiber in Hubei was 1499.68μm, the average width was 8.90μm, and the aspect ratio was 168.91. There were extremely significant differences in the fiber morphological indexes of different populations in general. The population 18 (Guangshousantan) and the population 1 (Baokang Wudaokou) had better fiber morphology than other populations. The average fiber length was 2248.46μm, the average width was 9.82μm and the aspect ratio was 237.65. 【Conclusion】 The results showed that wild P. erectana fiber in Hubei was suitable as the raw material for rice paper. The wild P. ebonylol from Guang Tan San Tan and Wutao Gorge in Bao Kang could be used as high quality resources of P. indica in Hubei Province.
