一、企业核心价值观与以顾客满意为宗旨。不断地识别顾客,持续满足并超越顾客要求,实现顾客价值最大化,是企业生存的基础。ISO9000族标准确定了“顾客满意”这一宗旨,指出了企业发展还需要在顾客、股东、员工、社会、供方等相关方的需求之间寻求一种平衡,方可持续发展这一规律。企业应把追求顾客价值最大化与顾客满意有机结合起来,并将此观念融入到企业的核心价值观中。
First, the company's core values and customer satisfaction for the purpose. Constantly identify customers, continue to meet and exceed customer requirements, to maximize customer value, is the basis for business survival. The ISO9000 standard confirms the purpose of “Customer Satisfaction”. It points out that the enterprise development also needs to seek a balance between the needs of customers, shareholders, employees, society, suppliers and other related parties before they can continue to develop. Enterprises should maximize the pursuit of customer value and customer satisfaction organic combination, and this concept into the core values of the enterprise.
