随着国家交通基础设施的日益发展,桥涵施工技术越来越成熟。公路桥涵台背回填作为路桥施工中的一个重点和难点,其质量的好坏极大影响公路通车后的平整度及使用舒适度。如施工工艺及相关措施控制不好,此区域极易产生沉降、不平整、跳车等质量隐患。结合多年来路桥施工的实践经验,对桥涵台背回填质量隐患成因进行分析,对质量预防措施和质量问题处治进行总结,为同行施工提供借鉴。
With the continuous development of the national transportation infrastructure, bridge and culvert construction technology is becoming more and more mature. Backfilling of bridges and culverts as a key and difficult point in the construction of road and bridge, the quality of the road will greatly affect the smoothness and comfort of the road opened to traffic. If the construction process and related measures are not well controlled, this area is prone to quality problems such as settlement, unevenness and jumping. Based on the practical experience of road and bridge construction for many years, this paper analyzes the hidden causes of backfill quality of bridge and culverts, summarizes the quality precautions and quality problems, and provides reference for the construction of the same line.
