十届全国人大常委会第六次会议 2 0 0 3年 1 2月 2 7日下午表决通过了《中华人民共和国银行业监督管理法》、《全国人大常委会关于修改中国人民银行法的决定》、《全国人大常委会关于修改商业银行法的决定》等议案。这三部法律 (以下分别称《人行法》、《商行法》和《银监法》)相互联系 ,相互补充 ,构成了我国银行业法律体系的三部基本大法 ,被业界称为是完成中国银行业法律体系建设的重要一步。
