对豚鼠面神经逆行诱发电位(Antidromic evoked potential,AEP)进行了系列观察。结果显示:电刺激颧支,在豚鼠膝状神经节记录的AEP为一单相的短潜伏期电位;面神经管壁、鼓膜后上方、头皮记录的AEP为双相短潜伏期电位。提示AEP对神经受损高度敏感,且在受损后立即出现改变,故能早期检测及监测神经病变,亦是神经功能恢复的可靠判断指标。
The guinea pig facial nerve retrograde evoked potential (AEP) conducted a series of observations. The results showed that: AEP stimulated zygomatic nerve in guinea pig geniculate motor stimulation recorded a single-phase short latency potential; facial nerve wall, posterior tympanum, scalp recorded AEP bipolar short latency potential. It suggests that AEP is highly sensitive to nerve damage and changes immediately after the injury. Therefore, it can detect and monitor neuropathy early and is also a reliable indicator of neurological function recovery.
