通过宽板坯连铸结晶器流场的水模拟实验,重点研究了SEN的结构参数对结晶器内钢液流动状况的影响及变化规律,提出了优化的SEN的结构参数与工艺参数。实验表明:采用新型SEN及优化参数,能有效改善结晶器内的流场。
Through the water simulation experiment of flow field in wide slab continuous casting mold, the influence of structure parameters of SEN on the flow of molten steel in the mold and its variation are mainly studied, and the structural parameters and process parameters of SEN are proposed. Experiments show that the new SEN and optimization parameters can effectively improve the flow field in the mold.
