企业文化是一个企业在长期生产经营活动中形成、积累,经过筛选、提炼而形成并倡导的一套优良作风、行为方式及价值理念,它是企业的一种无形资产。企业文化转型需要从上到下相结合,杜绝"一把手"思维,淡化权利意识,顶层思维的转变与底层员工的心态强化是重点。
