在建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中,企业党的基层组织按着十四大的要求努力工作,党的建设得到了进一步的加强和改进。但由于诸多因素的作用,企业党建工作多年来形成的薄弱环节并未从根本上得到解决,有必要进一步弄清表现,找出原因,拿出对策,使企业党的基层组织真正进入党章指定的位置,为企业的改革和发展起到应有的作用。
