将离体牙用指甲油开窗,放入不同等级的蔗糖液中.定期加入新配制的蔗糖液,经3600h,成功地制备出离体牙龋坏模型,蒸馏水对照组无一出现龋坏,经扫描电镜观察对照组牙釉质结构正常,实验牙釉质表面层脱矿、呈风化石层样改变,其裂纹方向与釉柱垂直.釉柱呈现不同程度破坏,牙本质小管最先出现脱矿,首次见到牙本质小管呈现诺义曼鞘样改变.认为蔗糖及糖内非糖成份完全具备致龋的条件.
