采用文献资料法、调查法等研究方法,通过研究初中体育课堂的现状以及花样跳绳在中学课堂开展的现状来对初中体育课中开展花样跳绳的可行性进行分析探究,探讨花样跳绳进入初中体育课的积极影响和存在的困难,寻求更好的解决办法,从而增加初中体育课的多样化,更好地促进中学生身体素质的全面提高。
This article analyzes the feasibility of carrying out the figure skipping in the PE class of junior middle school by studying the current situation of the junior high school PE class and the current situation of the pattern skipping in the middle school class by using the methods of literature, investigation and other research methods, The positive influence and the existing difficulty, and seek better solutions to increase the diversification of physical education in junior high school, so as to better promote the comprehensive improvement of middle school students’ physique.
