俗话说,军营是一个大“熔炉”。随着“95后”及大学生逐渐成为新兵方阵的主力军,他们追求个性、尊崇时尚、喜爱展示自我等特点表露无遗。如何带好这些新兵,让他们在军队这个大“熔炉”里尽早适应生活,快速成长发展,是部队面临的一个新课题。日前,笔者来到武警四川省医院勤务汽车中队,了解新兵们入伍后的新变化。“焦点访谈”——从“心”入手端正大学生价值追求“纪律的束缚、枯燥的训练和节奏紧张的生活,使我感到超不适应甚至抵触,我开始后悔当初的选择。”入伍分配到医院的大学
