在国际肺癌协会(IASLC)肺癌TNM分期第7版基础上,结合收集的1999-2010年期间16个国家35个中心94 708例病例中的77 156例数据的分析结果,重新修订了TNM分期,即第8版TNM分期。新分期的实施将为肺癌的预后判断提供更有效的临床依据。本文就第8版国际肺癌TNM分期标准修订稿的变更内容、修改依据及局限性作一解读。
Based on the results of the 7th edition of the International Lung Cancer Society (IASLC) TNM staging of lung cancer and the collected data of 77 156 cases from 94 708 cases in 35 centers in 16 countries from 1999 to 2010, the TNM staging was revised, The eighth edition of TNM staging.
