房地产融资渠道单一问题已成为房地产金融发展的障碍。本文介绍了房地产投资信托基金的内涵,结合房地产信托投资基金在我国的发展概况,从五个方面提出了发展我国房地产信托基金的建议。
The single issue of financing channels in real estate has become an obstacle to the development of real estate finance. This paper introduces the connotation of real estate investment trusts, and combined with the general situation of real estate investment trusts in our country, puts forward suggestions on how to develop our real estate trust funds from five aspects.
