本文报告了84例职业性慢性放射性损伤情况,以整骨科医师最为严重,X线医师次之,结核科医师再次之。但Ⅱ、Ⅲ度皮肤损伤最短发病工龄只有5年,应予重视。分析了发病影响因素,提出了加强对从业人员防护培训教育、强化防护监督、搞好健康监护和医疗处理等具体建议。 This article reports 84 cases of occupational chronic radiation injury, the most serious orthopedic surgeon, followed by X-ray, tuberculosis physician again.
