在全国科学大会精神的鼓舞下,我们在江南光学仪器厂的协助下,设计、制造成功一台JN-105型电火花加工精密内螺纹机床,为在机车车辆制造业中生产高硬度螺纹环规创造了条件。用电火花加工的方法加工精密内螺纹是一种新技术、新工艺。它综合了电火花加工和机械加工的特点,使两者有效地配合动作,从而形成一种新的加工方法。用该机床加工了一批高硬度圆柱管螺纹环规,经生产应用,证明效果良好。现将该机床的性能、结构、特点和加工工艺介绍于后。
