目的:建立满山红油的特征图谱。方法:采用GC法Agilent HP-5(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),程序升温条件为100℃保持18 min,每分钟0.5℃升温至110℃,再以每分钟1℃升温至140℃,保持20 min,进样量为1μL。结果:经程序升温对满山红油中的50余个成分进行了分离,其中8个峰基本达到基线分离,经GC-MS推测了结构。结论:通过满山红油特征图谱的建立,可以更好的控制满山红油产品的质量。
Objective: To establish the characteristic map of Manshan oil. METHODS: The Agilent HP-5 (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) column and the flame ionization detector (FID) were used. The programmed temperature was kept at 100 ℃ for 18 min and the temperature was raised from 0.5 ℃ to 110 ℃ , And then 1 ℃ per minute temperature was raised to 140 ℃, maintained for 20 min, the injection volume was 1μL. Results: More than 50 components of Manshan red oil were separated by temperature program. Eight of them peaked at baseline and the structure was estimated by GC-MS. Conclusion: Through the establishment of Manshan oil characteristic map, the quality of Manshan oil product can be better controlled.
