在部、网、省局的正确领导与大力支持下,在雷学彬局长的直接指挥下,经全局职工的共同努力,我局连续三年(1994—1996年)荣获电力部安全文明生产达标企业称号、河南省安全生产先进企业、省电力局安全生产先进单位称号。截止1997年7月底连续安全生产1614天,创本企业历史最高记录,在省供电系统名列前茅,在全国同类型企业名列第二。现将我局安全管理情况总结如下:
With the correct leadership and strong support of ministry, bureau and provincial bureau, under the direct command of Director Lei Xuebin and with the joint efforts of the entire staff, SIPO won the Ministry of Electric Power’s standard of civilized and safe production for three consecutive years (1994-1996) Enterprise title, advanced enterprise of Henan province safe production, provincial power production safety advanced unit title. As of the end of July 1997 the continuous safe production of 1614 days, a record high corporate history record, among the best in the provincial power supply system, the same type of enterprises in the country ranked second.
