东方红54/75拖拉机车架前梁(亦称元宝梁),易损坏,特别是作推土机使用时,更是如此。不少使用部门往往因该件损坏缺乏配件而停机数月,使工作受到损失。1974年初,我公司采用钢板焊接件代替原铸件,修配后使用至今未坏,效果良好。现将其制造工艺简介如下。1.以原件为样板,在油毛毡上放样,再用油毛毡样在钢板上下料(如有图纸,则照图下料)。将原件分为前梁前端Ⅰ,前梁右端Ⅱ和前梁左端Ⅲ三个部分来制作(见图一)。
The front frame of the Dongfanghong 54/75 tractor frame (also known as Yuanbaoliang) is easily damaged, especially when used as a bulldozer. Many use departments often shut down the machine for a few months because of the lack of accessories and caused work losses. At the beginning of 1974, our company replaced the original castings with steel plate welding parts. The use of the steel plate welded parts has not been damaged since the repair. The effect is good. The manufacturing process is now described below. 1. Take the original as a model, set a sample on the oil felt, and then use oil felt felt to load and unload the material on the steel plate (if there is a drawing, follow the drawing). The originals are divided into front beam front I, front beam right end II and front beam left end III in three parts (see Figure 1).
