目的:评价环孢素A与糖皮质激素对儿童患者葡萄膜眼炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年12月间收治的儿童葡萄膜眼炎患者56例(66眼)病例资料,分析采用环孢素A与糖皮质激素联用治疗后患儿视力改善情况以及治疗后不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗6月56例患者66眼葡萄膜眼炎,治愈27眼(40.91%)、改善29眼(43.94%)、无效10眼,临床治疗的总有效率为84.85%,治疗后患者视力得到显著改善,治疗过程中不良反应的发生率仅为12.50%,不良反应经治疗后均好转无影响。结论:糖皮质激素与环孢素A联用治疗儿童患者葡萄膜眼炎,能有效改善患儿视力,疗效较为满意。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of cyclosporine A and glucocorticoid on uveal ophthalmia in children. Methods: Data of 56 cases (66 eyes) of children with uveitis from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The improvement of visual acuity in children with cyclosporin A combined with glucocorticoid and The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment. Results: Sixty-six eyes of 66 patients with uveal enuresis were treated in June. Among them, 27 eyes (40.91%) were cured, 29 eyes (43.94%) were cured and 10 eyes were ineffective. The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 84.85% Significant improvement in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was only 12.50%, adverse reactions were no improvement after treatment. Conclusion: Glucocorticoid combined with cyclosporin A in the treatment of uveal ophthalmia in children can effectively improve the visual acuity in children, and the curative effect is satisfactory.
