美国多数选煤厂采用重介选煤工艺(浅槽和旋流器),脱泥粒度一般为1.0~2.0 mm。细粒煤的分选有三种典型流程:一段水力旋流器+螺旋分选机流程,分选下限0.147mm;两段水力旋流器+螺旋分选机流程,分选下限0.045mm;一段水力旋流器+螺旋分选机+浮选流程,分选下限为0。文章旨在介绍美国选煤厂典型煤泥分选工艺的特点。
Most coal preparation plants in the United States adopt the HM process (shallow trough and cyclone), and the desilting granularity is generally 1.0-2.0 mm. Fine coal sorting has three typical processes: a hydrocyclone + spiral separator process, separation lower limit of 0.147mm; two hydrocyclones + spiral separator process, the lower limit of separation 0.045mm; a section of hydraulic Cyclone + spiral separator + flotation process, the lower limit of 0. The article aims to introduce the characteristics of the typical slime separation process in the United Coal Preparation Plant.
