通过调查,文章认为公安基层基础工作薄弱成了制约公安事业发展后劲的瓶颈,其主要原因在于公安工作运行机制与现实情况不适应。文章提出了加强基层基础工作的六项措施。
Through investigation, the article believes that the basic work of public security at the grass-roots level has become the bottleneck restricting the development of public security undertakings, the main reason is that public security work mechanism and the actual situation does not meet. The article put forward six measures to strengthen grassroots work.
