When NATO announced the bombing of Yugoslavia. The White House Web site for the U.S. government had to be shut down all day because it suffered at least 12 daily attacks by Russian hackers. Even so, some pages are still being hacked into the protest of the NATO bombing of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia related content.
