在各种教育理论百花齐放的今天,关于教师成长和发展的研究很多,大多是关于教师成长内容、方式的探讨。我们也在思考:教育在什么状态下,最有利于教育的发生?教师在什么状态下能做出最有教育味道的设计和工作?我想最好的状态并非是外部的激励,而是来自内部的需求,更需要内在的自我发展意识的觉醒,让自己始终处在研究的状态。因此,我们要做的就是最大限度地发现和唤醒每个人的这种状态,让教师充满激情,让他感受到研究带给自己的工作的变化。通过对教育实践的研究提升专业能力。优良的教育任何时候都应该让个体找到生命的生长与生成感。2013年1月,我们开始了每年一度的饕餮大餐——大家论坛,我们努力地去营造一种教师研究的文化
