根据石油天然气总公司下达的石油工业标准制修订计划的要求,油气田开发专业标准化第二届委员会第一次年会及标准审查会,于1992年4月8日至17日在厦门市大庆石油管理局驻厦门办事处召开。参加这次会议的有专标委及各分委会的委员、专家及标准起草人共62人。会议主要日程是:1.油气田开发专标委及所属各分委会秘书处,分别总结“七五”期间标准化工作。交流工作经验并提出”,八五“期间标准工作设想。
According to the requirements of the oil industry standard system revision plan issued by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, the first annual meeting and standard review meeting for the second committee of oil and gas field development standardization was held on April 8 to April 17, 1992 in Xiamen Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau office held in Xiamen. A total of 62 people participated in the meeting, including members of the special committee and committees, experts and standard drafters. The main agenda of the conference is: 1. Oil & Gas Development and Development Commission and its sub-committees and secretariats, respectively, to summarize the standardization work during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period. Exchange work experiences and put forward “standard work plan” during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period.
