随着我国改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的发展,三资企业已成为我国社会主义经济结构中日益壮大的力量,并且对我国经济的发展起着越来越重要的作用。三资企业的发展,对秘书人员,尤其是涉外秘书人员的需求和要求不断扩大和提高。我们对浙江省一些年产值在亿元以上的大中型三资企业秘书人员的工作状况进行了深入调查,现将主要情况在此作一概述。
With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy, foreign-funded enterprises have become increasingly powerful forces in China’s socialist economic structure and have played an increasingly important role in the economic development of our country. The development of foreign-funded enterprises, the secretary of personnel, especially foreign secretary of the needs and requirements continue to expand and improve. We conducted an in-depth investigation into the working conditions of the secretary personnel of large and medium-sized foreign-funded enterprises with an annual output of more than 100 million yuan in Zhejiang Province. We will briefly outline the major situations here.
