全国党校科研工作座谈会于11月2日至7日在昆明市云南社会主义学院召开。出席会议的有中央党校和各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市党校,以及铁道部、新疆生产建设兵团党校和部分大型企业党校主管科研工作的校领导或科研管理部门的负责同志共80余人。与会同志在总结1991年以来全国党校科研工作的基础上,着重研究了在改革开放深入发展的新形势下,如何认识党校科研的地位、特点和规律,进一步深化科研改革,探索适应新形势的科研工作的新路子,从而把党校科研推向一个新台阶。现将中央党校副校长邢贲思同志在会议开幕式上的讲话,中央党校副教育长、科研部主任王瑞璞同志的总结发言,中央党校科研部常务副主任崔佩亭同志的主题报告摘要刊登如下:
The National Party School Workshops for Scientific Research were held in Yunnan Institute of Socialism in Kunming from November 2 to November 7. Attending the meeting were more than 80 leaders of the Central Party School and the party schools under the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning as well as the school leaders in charge of scientific research conducted by the Party schools of the Ministry of Railways, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and some large enterprises. On the basis of summing up the scientific research work of Party schools in the country since 1991, the participating comrades focused on how to recognize the status, characteristics and laws of scientific research at Party schools under the new situation of deepening reform and opening up, further deepen the scientific research reform and explore scientific research adapting to the new situation The new way of work, so as to push the party school research to a new level.
