急慢性胆囊炎、胆囊结石是普通外科常见病 ,临床治疗以消炎利胆或手术切除为主要手段 ,而手术带来的并发症时有发生。自 1998年 10月起 ,我们采用开放式、随机选择的方法 ,对 30例胆囊胆道结石患者服用步长胆石利通片前后的病情变化进行观察 ,效果较满意 .报告如下。1 临床资
Acute and chronic cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis are common surgical diseases. Clinical treatment uses anti-inflammatory gallbladder or surgical resection as the main method, and the complications brought about by surgery occur from time to time. Since October 1998, we have adopted an open, random selection method to observe the changes in the condition of 30 patients with gallbladder biliary stones before and after taking a step-by-step gallstone.
