教学质量是学校的立足之本,是学校持续健康发展的生命线。新余市老年大学建校27年来,坚持质量立校,把高标准办学作为老年大学各项工作的重要抓手,取得了丰硕成果。2007年被评为江西省首批老年大学示范校;2009年荣获全国先进老年大学称号;2012年荣膺全国老年大学校园文化建设先进单位。回顾走过的历程,我们深刻体会到,加强师资队伍建设、突出办学特色和重视理论研究是促进教育质量提升的必由之路。
The quality of teaching is the foundation of the school and the lifeline of the sustainable and healthy development of the school. Since its establishment 27 years ago, the elder university in Xinyu City has made great achievements in adhering to the principle of establishing a high quality school and taking the high standard of running schools as an important starting point for all its work. In 2007 was named the first batch of elder universities in Jiangxi Province demonstration school; in 2009 won the title of advanced national university; in 2012 won the national advanced university campus culture construction advanced unit. Looking back at the course we have gone through, we have come to realize that strengthening the construction of teaching staff, highlighting the characteristics of running a school and emphasizing theoretical research are the necessary ways to promote the quality of education.
