Ji-yan No. 4 is a new generation of sweet pepper hybrids developed by Institute of Vegetables and Flowers, Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. It has passed the approval of Hebei Province Variety Approval Committee and showed resistance, high quality and high yield in the demonstration of production in Hebei, Shandong and Inner Mongolia provinces. It is welcomed by peasants and is an excellent variety suitable for plastic film mulching in open field.
