同志们: 这次会议的主要任务是,深入贯彻党的十五届五中全会和全省经济工作会议、经贸工作会议的精神,结合行业特点和实际,研究“十五”发展规划,交流企业发展经验,安排部署全年工作重点,探索行业管理有效途径。根据机械办党组研究的意见,我讲三个方面的问题。
