以内蒙古巴盟磴口县河套蜜瓜为试材,研究了河套蜜瓜成熟衰老过程中淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶、乙烯、果胶含量以及呼吸强度的变化特点,结果表明,河套蜜瓜是典型的呼吸跃变型果实,与成熟密切相关的物质代谢与呼吸代谢的酶最早出现的高峰期是淀粉酶在开花座果后27d,过氧化氢酶在开花座果后20d,随后出现物质代谢和呼吸代谢高峰。乙烯含量第1次高峰出现在开花座果27d时,促进果实成熟,采后7d出现第2次高峰,此时果实开始腐烂。
