本文对激光驾束制导，提出一种新型的１０．６μｍ激光束空间编码方案。该方案中的光电制是基于１０．６μｍ激光在锗半导体－氧化物－特种合金层上的电流调制效应的基础上实现的。
In this paper, a new type of 10.6μm laser beam space coding scheme is proposed for laser beam steering. The photoelectric system in this scheme is based on the current modulation effect of a 10.6 μm laser on a germanium semiconductor-oxide-special alloy layer.
