虽然新老师在学校中学习了很多专业知识,但是他们还是缺少工作经验。新老师如何在教学中通过自己的一言一行,巧妙运用合理的教学方法来引导孩子呢?近两年,我园陆续招聘了几名新老师。对于刚刚跨出校门的年轻老师来说,在学校所学的理论知识和专业技能可能帮助他们上好一节日常课,但对于带班,他们却没有经验。组织自由活动时的种种困难,让他们第一次感觉“孩子像小魔鬼一样”。 Although new teachers have learned a lot of expertise in school, they still lack work experience. How can new teachers guide their children in their teaching through their own words, clever use of reasonable teaching methods? In the recent two years, I recruited a few new teachers in the park. For young teachers who have just stepped out of school, the theoretical knowledge and professional skills learned at school may help them to take a good routine, but they have no experience with banding. The difficulties in organizing free activities make them feel for the first time “children like little devils.”
