目的:研究雪松松针的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱分离、纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从雪松松针石油醚和正丁醇萃取部位分离得到8个化合物,分别为:9-羟基-十二烷酸(Ⅰ)、十二烷酸乙酯(Ⅱ)、十八烷酸乙酯(Ⅲ)、3β-羟基-齐墩果酸甲酯(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)、莽草酸(Ⅵ)、甲基松柏苷(Ⅶ)、阿魏酸-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ、Ⅵ~Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅴ为首次从该植物针叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of pine needles. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from petroleum ether and n-butanol extracts of cedar pine needles, which were 9-hydroxy-dodecanoic acid (Ⅰ), dodecanoic acid ethyl ester (Ⅱ) (Ⅳ), β-sitosterol (Ⅴ), shikimic acid (Ⅵ), methyl coniferin (Ⅶ), ferulic acid-β-D-glucopyranose Glycosides (Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ and Ⅵ ~ Ⅷ were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound Ⅴ was isolated from coniferous plant for the first time.
